Passionate About Inspiring Others: A Note from the CEO, Dr. Anna Nicole Douglas
Marble Surface

As a business owner, I have found that education is essentially important for future success. I first started my educational journey by obtaining my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Mary Baldwin College in 2010. After graduation, I secured a teaching assistant position with a local Montessori school in Staunton Virginia. I then continued my educational journey in which I obtained my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University online. Throughout this educational journey, I continued to professionally tutor while working for the state government as a training supervisor. Through these experiences, I found that I am a life learner and enjoy researching, writing, and history. I started my doctoral career in 2013, and April 2019 I obtained my Ph.D in Public Policy, and Administration focus Criminal Justice.

Through my journey, I have found that helping others to better themselves through entrepreneurship or academic success has been my passion. My services are geared towards bridging the educational divide and entrepreneurship. To provide communities with economic growth through sustaining small businesses and shared resources.

My philosophy is simple: education does not always equate college but focuses on the trades as well. We all have skills and passions that can be cultivated through my agency’s mission and vision.
